Centred Mums in Motion

Centred Mums in Motion is an online course created due to a huge demand from women wanting to support their pelvic floor when running, HIIT classes, netball or other challenges after pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

Core rehabilitation is vital for all mums, we’ll work on your awareness, co-ordination and ability to adapt to the demands you place on your body.

This is particularly important if you want to do high impact exercise. There is a huge jump in the exertion placed on your body when you switch up from pelvic floor exercises to going for a run, lifting weights etc.

Pilates  can make a real difference to the way your muscles react to the stress and increased impact of more intense exercise.
